Even when located opposite Harrods, £400 a week for a flat which is only just bigger than a snooker table might seem a little extortionate.
But this ingenious property measuring about 90 sq ft is like none other of its size, having been transformed by a’ space-saving guru’.
And the 10th-floor studio in London’s Knightsbridge has a kitchen and shower room as well as a living room that converts into a bedroom.
The flat’s description from Hunters estate agents also boats of its ‘ample and practical storage including a dedicated shoe cupboard’.
It was purchased for £200,000 three years ago by a buyer who worked with architect Caiano Morgado on transforming the space.
Matthew Fine, managing director of Hunters in Marylebone, told MailOnline: ‘It has taken a little over two years to complete the work.
‘We were contacted by Caiano Morgado who had worked on small spaces such as this in many major cities around the world.’
He added: ‘I hope you will agree he has created an amazing apartment with so much incorporated into the space.’
